My Approach
I have been trained to work in a way that integrates different theories and ways of working so that I can meet the needs of the client. The models I have trained in include psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy, humanistic, person-centred, and compassion focused therapy.

We will together find ways to understand and address any difficult issues you may be dealing with.

Perhaps the problem is very specific and a few sessions and brief interventions may be all you want or need to cope more effectively. Alternatively, it might feel important to look deeper, to allow time to make self discoveries, for reconciliation and for coming to terms with those things which we cannot change.
