About me
I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist with an MA in integrative counselling and psychotherapy.
How Therapy with Me Works
Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform, pretend, or meet anyone’s expectations. My approach blends psychodynamic and humanistic therapy, meaning we’ll explore patterns from your past while also focusing on self-compassion, personal growth, and the future you want to create.

Together, we will:
-
Uncover and challenge the beliefs that keep you stuck.
-
Develop self-compassion, so you can quiet your inner critic.
-
Work through unresolved grief, trauma, or painful experiences at your own pace.
-
Strengthen your ability to set boundaries and create healthy, fulfilling relationships.
-
Clarify your values, desires, and next steps toward a more meaningful life.

Sessions are collaborative, warm, and non-judgmental. My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes.

Our first session
Therapy is a very personal activity and it is important that I am the right therapist for you. For this reason, I offer a free 15 minute online or telephone call which gives us an opportunity to meet and see if we would like to work together. You can also ask any questions you may have about counselling and the therapeutic process.
I adhere to BACP Ethical Standards and I am supervised regularly by an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist.
